Description
For over 90 years, Fulton Hogan has been delivering high-quality infrastructure to improve the lives of people every day. Our 10,000+ team works in a range of environments, creating, connecting, and caring for communities across Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific.
What’s on offer?
We’re gearing up for the upcoming season and looking for up to three people to join our Warrnambool Spray Crew in casual positions starting around October/November.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a crew that gets stuck in together. You’ll work across skilled labouring, truck driving and operating, helping deliver quality spray seal work safely and to a high standard. If you’ve worked on a spray team before, even better. If not, you’ll still need solid practical experience, a strong safety mindset and a willingness to do Good Work wherever the crew needs you.
This role will involve working away at times, so you’ll need to be flexible and ready to travel when the job calls for it.
Key role responsibilities:
- Support the Warrnambool Spray Crew with spray seal operations across labouring, driving and plant operation tasks.
- Carry out day-to-day work safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Operate trucks and equipment in line with site requirements, training and licence conditions.
- Work closely with the crew to keep jobs moving and deliver quality outcomes for our customers.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in spray seal operations is preferred.
- A current truck licence, ideally HC, with HR is preferred.
- A strong safety focus and the ability to carry out the inherent requirements of the role.
- A team-first attitude, reliability and a willingness to pitch in where needed.
- Flexibility to work seasonal hours and stay away for work when required.
