SAP HCM Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Team Lead to lead a growing SAP HCM team and deliver exciting HR transformation projects for major clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP HCM consultants.
• Take ownership of SAP HCM projects and key workstreams.
• Advise clients and design solutions across PA, OM, Payroll and Time Management.
• Support S/4HANA and modern SAP HCM transformations.
• Lead workshops and manage senior client stakeholders.
• Drive quality, delivery and continuous improvement across the team.
• Support the development of junior and senior consultants.

Your Profile

• Several years of SAP HCM consulting experience, ideally with previous leadership experience.
• Strong expertise across SAP HCM modules such as PA, OM, Payroll or Time Management.
• Proven experience leading projects, teams or workstreams.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent German and good English.
