It is suited to an experienced professional who values responsibility, routine, and the consistent delivery of efficient service across the company’s real estate assets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and report any cleanliness, health and safety, building system or security issues using the building’s reporting system.
  • Oversee the nightly close of the lower ground floor gym facility, ensuring equipment and the amenity are checked for issues that need to be reported, and that the facility is ready for use the next morning.
  • Oversee the nightly close of the rooftop amenity (liaising with external parties as required should there be scheduled events), ensuring the facility is cleaned and checked for issues that need to be reported, and that the facility is ready for use the next morning.

Portfolio Security Patrols (8:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
  • Follow a pre-determined route visiting key portfolio sites, including commercial offices and retail units across Central London in close proximity.
  • Conduct internal and external security checks to confirm buildings are locked, alarmed where applicable, and free of unauthorized access or activity.
  • Monitor for issues such as lighting faults, doors or windows left unsecured, vandalism, trespassing, or maintenance concerns, and report as necessary.
  • Complete and submit checklists to confirm site visits and findings.

Incident Response & Reporting
  • Serve as the first point of contact for any remote alarm alerts across the portfolio outside of office hours.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to unusual activity, alarm activations, or emergencies, attending incidents personally or escalating to out-of-hours service desk, Facilities Management, or emergency services as required.
