Manufacturing Specialist 3rd shift (Contract)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Associate to support the production of clinical cell therapy products in a cGMP manufacturing environment. In this hands-on role, you will perform critical manufacturing activities including aseptic processing, raw material preparation, batch record execution, and cleanroom operations to ensure the consistent production of high-quality cell therapy products. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing experience in a regulated environment, a strong commitment to quality and compliance, and a collaborative mindset to support cross-functional teams in advancing innovative cell therapy programs. This position offers the opportunity to play a direct role in delivering life-changing therapies while working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative manufacturing setting.

 

This will be 3rd shift. 

9pm - 7:30AM

Sunday-Wed or Wed-Saturday.

Will train on 1st or 2nd shift for 60ish days. 

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete an accelerated onboarding within Manufacturing, learning program processes.
• Perform clinical product manufacturing for cell therapy according to cGMP standards. Includes assembling raw
• materials, following specific standard operating procedures (SOP), aseptic technique, completing batch records, repo1ting deviations.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing.
• Contribute to technical projects both hands-on and documentation
• Perform as SME in the role
• Perform weigh and dispense activities in cleamoom environment.
• Perform MBR review on manufacturing executed documents on the same day of execution.
• Work with QA Document Control to request, receive, and return MBRs for process operations.
• Ensures raw materials are identified and available in time for manufacturing activities
• Support Operations group to ensure proper coordination of resources
• Ensures cGMP compliance through consistent execution

Required Experience & Education

• 4 - 6 years manufacturing experience is required.

 

Contract Length: 12-month contract with a chance to extend. 

Pay Range

$46/hr. - $50/hr.

Shift/Hours

9pm - 7:30AM, Sunday-Wed or Wed-Saturday.
