Join us in shaping the future of gaming. Are you ready to LEVEL-UP THE GAME?
We're looking for a DevOps Engineer experienced in cloud to join our Platform Delivery and Reliability Services (PDRS) team in Stockholm. You will be a key contributor to our Cloud Strategy and Operations Team (CSOT), helping us design, govern, and scale our AWS footprint across a complex, multi-account environment.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You will work on improving and automating our cloud infrastructure, contributing to governance initiatives, and being the go-to escalation point for AWS-related questions from engineering teams. You won't just maintain what is there, you will actively look for what needs fixing and fix it.
What You'll Do
Manage and evolve our multi-account AWS environment: organisations, SCPs, landing zones, and identity center.
Drive infrastructure-as-code coverage, primarily through terraform, reducing reliance on manual processes and legacy CloudFormation setups.
Contribute to CSOT governance initiatives: tagging strategies, resource ownership, cost visibility, and guardrails.
Act as an escalation point for engineering teams on AWS-related issues — from access problems to account requests to architectural questions.
Take vague requirements and turn them into reasoned, actionable proposals — weighing cost, complexity, and operational overhead.
Review AWS designs and architectures, flag gaps, and suggest alternatives.
Support and evolve our EKS clusters and the platform tooling teams depend on.
Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.
Document AWS design decisions clearly, for both technical and non-technical audiences.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
Broad, hands-on AWS experience across a wide range of services — you don't need to know everything, but you move around AWS and its documentation comfortably
Solid understanding of AWS IAM: permission boundaries, roles, and trust policies
experience with multi-account AWS architectures: organisations, SCPs, landing zonesAbility to take a vague requirement and come back with a structured, reasoned proposal
able to review designs independently, flag risks, and articulate tradeoffs — without needing to be pointed at the problem firstHands-on experience writing Terraform
Working knowledge of CloudFormation
Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tooling
Experience with Kubernetes (EKS and/or on-prem)
Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills — comfortable explaining AWS decisions to non-specialists
Nice-to-Have
Experience with AWS cost governance: cost explorer, budgets, tagging and resource governance strategies
Experience in a highly regulated industry (gaming, fintech, or similar)
Experience with Ansible, Jenkins/Groovy, Gitlab or Bitbucket
Scripting or development experience in python or shell
Our Stack (What You'll Work With)
Cloud: AWS (primary), OpenStack
Orchestration: Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD
Governance/Security: AWS Organizations, IAM, SCPs, Config, Security Hub
CI/CD: GitLab, Jenkins
IaC: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible

Operating System: Linux
