Are you passionate about helping teens build confidence, develop real-world skills, and prepare for their future? Join CASL as a Teen Club Leader and create meaningful after-school experiences through mentorship, career readiness, leadership, and enrichment opportunities. 

Your Mission

This role supports CASL’s mission by coordinating engaging and culturally responsive programming for teens through the CASL Teen Club. Through mentorship, workforce and life skills development, career readiness, and recreational activities, the Teen Club Leader helps young people build confidence, develop skills, explore their future, and strengthen their sense of belonging. As a key connector between teens, families, staff, and community partners, this role helps create a safe and supportive environment for youth to thrive.

This position offers an hourly rate of $18.00 - $20.00.

What You’ll Impact 

As a Teen Club Leader, you will create engaging after-school experiences that foster mentorship, leadership development, academic growth, career readiness, and positive social connection for teens. Through strong relationships with youth and families, effective program delivery, and consistent attention to safety, participation, and program requirements, you will help teens build confidence, develop skills, and prepare for their future.
