While this level of availability is essential for the role, we understand it may not be suitable for every candidate. About the Role

Join a fast-paced medical device sales environment where clinical expertise, customer support, and sales execution come together. As a Trauma Sales Representative, you will partner with orthopedic surgeons, operating room teams, and hospital staff to provide products and technical support for trauma procedures while managing a designated sales territory.

This role combines consultative sales, surgical case coverage, inventory management, and customer education. Success is measured through territory performance, customer support responsiveness, product utilization, inventory accuracy, and achievement of assigned business objectives.

What You Will Do

• Manage a designated territory to achieve sales goals, business objectives, and market growth targets.
• Provide on-site support for trauma procedures by ensuring the appropriate products, instruments, and implants are available when needed.
• Educate surgeons, operating room staff, and healthcare professionals on product functionality, surgical applications, and new product offerings.
• Conduct customer visits and product evaluations to identify opportunities, expand product utilization, and support customer needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, instrument sets, and product availability to support scheduled and emergent surgical cases.
• Respond to customer requests and trauma case needs, including participation in an on-call schedule covering nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Analyze competitive products, market activity, and customer feedback to support territory planning and sales strategy execution.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations, company policies, documentation requirements, and customer confidentiality standards.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; OR minimum 4 years of experience in a clinical healthcare role, sales role, or a combination of both.
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience presenting products, conducting demonstrations, or providing technical product training.
• Experience managing territory-based customer accounts within a B2B sales model.

  

 

This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits.
