Position: Planner in the Field of Building Services Engineering

Location: Hildesheim, Germany

Field: Automotive

Type: Weekly work 35 hours

Tasks:

• "Planning and coordinating technical infrastructure projects at the Hildesheim site;
• This includes water supply, cooling, refrigeration, heating, sprinkler systems, and air conditioning under the guidance of a utilities engineer;
• Providing support for the implementation of HVAC systems as part of office renovations;
• Ensuring compliance with schedule, cost, and quality requirements;
• Commissioning of new systems through to defect-free acceptance;
• Supporting and optimizing existing systems for energy-efficient operation and laying the groundwork for data and information management;
• Planning and coordinating energy-saving projects in the field of building services engineering;"

Requirements:

• "Completed technical school or college degree in building services engineering, facility management, or a related field;
• Several years of professional experience in the planning and coordination of technical projects related to building services;
• Proficiency with MS Office;
• Strong communication skills, persuasive, creative, and organized;
• Fluent in spoken and written German; knowledge of English is desirable;"
