RV+Marine - Client Operations Assistant

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our RV+Marine Team as a Client Operations Assistant. This role is pivotal in supporting both our current clients and our growth within the RV and marine industry. The position is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, with limited travel.

Reporting Structure: Reporting directly to the Vice President of RV+Marine, this role plays a critical function in nurturing client relations and be focused wholly on RV and Marine units.

Administrative Responsibilities:  Responsible for end‑to‑end operational oversight of RV/Marine institutional customer experience from onboarding through auction execution. Acts as the customer’s internal advocate and ensures quality control, clarity, efficiency and operational excellence across departments for all RV Marine product.

 

·         Oversee onboarding: account setup, policy alignment, payment coordination

·         Maintain accurate customer profiles and workflows

·         The point of contact for all client emails

·         Copied on and monitor all operational communication with the clients, seeing all resolution needed through to completion

·         Coordinate transportation, titling and inventory processing

·         Primary internal escalation point for customer procedural needs

·         Communicate auction reserves, pricing guidance and inventory updates

·         Regular QC and update for units in exception, repair or on hold

·         Align and work closely with National RV/Marine Account Manager and others on the Institutional Team

·         Attend all client calls and meetings

Auction Responsibility:

  • Pre-auction QC of all RVM units in the sale, including reserve management, complete spec information, CR score accuracy
  • Provide custom auction blocks and report sent to all RVM sellers day prior
  • Watch all RVM lanes, monitor for any issues, merchandising and lane placement recommendations.
  • Assist Subject To as needed
  • Provide custom post sale report sent to all RVM institutional sellers
  • Work closely with RVM Admin on the reports to send

 

Marketing Assistance:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, both digital and traditional, as well as promotional events.
  • Provide onsite assistance during preview and auction day and when clients are on site

 

Core Competencies/Requirements:

  • Full time at an NPA location
  • Marine and/or RV experience required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dependable, honest, positive and a team player.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary plus commission.
  • 401k and stock purchase plan.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.

 

Pay: $60,000 - $90,000+ dependent on experience.  Total compensation is a combination of base salary plus commission and yearly incentives.
