Role Overview

The SAP Business Network Supply Chain Collaboration Specialist is responsible for supporting supplier collaboration capabilities across SAP Business Network SCC and Solventum’s SAP ERP landscape, with a focus on China supplier collaboration, direct procurement, planning, and supplier integration processes. This role supports supplier onboarding and enablement, issue resolution, end-to-end testing, transaction monitoring, documentation, and post-go-live stabilization to ensure reliable collaboration between suppliers and Solventum business teams.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As the SAP Business Network Supply Chain Collaboration Specialist, you will support the enablement, adoption, and operational stability of supplier collaboration processes, with particular focus on China-based supplier collaboration and SAP Business Network SCC capabilities. You will make an impact by:

• Serving as a functional and technical support specialist for SAP Business Network Supply Chain Collaboration and related direct procurement and planning processes.
• Supporting supplier onboarding, enablement, testing, and stabilization activities for China suppliers and other global supplier collaboration partners.
• Troubleshooting supplier collaboration transactions, connectivity issues, and integration failures across SAP Business Network, SAP ERP, and related middleware or integration channels.
• Coordinating with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, IT, and supplier teams to resolve operational issues and maintain continuity of supply chain collaboration processes.
• Supporting collaboration scenarios such as forecast collaboration, order collaboration, scheduling agreement collaboration, subcontracting, confirmations, ship notices, and related supplier transactions.
• Preparing and maintaining supplier enablement materials, process documentation, test scripts, issue logs, and operational support procedures.
• Participating in user acceptance testing, supplier testing, cutover preparation, and post-go-live hypercare activities for SAP Business Network SCC deployments.
• Monitoring supplier adoption, transaction readiness, and recurring issue trends to identify improvement opportunities and support sustainable operations.
• Communicating clearly with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support timely issue resolution, training, and process alignment.
• Operating effectively in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment supporting global healthcare procurement and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary support resource for SAP Business Network SCC supplier collaboration topics, including supplier setup, enablement, testing, transaction support, and issue triage.
• Support China supplier collaboration activities by coordinating with regional business teams, suppliers, procurement, planning, and IT stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve supplier-facing transaction issues related to purchase orders, confirmations, advanced ship notices, scheduling agreements, forecasts, subcontracting, and related collaboration messages.
• Coordinate end-to-end supplier testing cycles, capture defects, validate fixes, and confirm business readiness prior to go-live.
• Partner with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Master Data, Integration, and IT support teams to align business requirements with system capabilities.
• Support ERP deployments, SAP Business Network SCC enhancements, supplier onboarding waves, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Maintain audit-ready enablement documentation, test evidence, issue logs, knowledge articles, and operating procedures.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, system controls, data standards, and support processes while driving timely resolution of supplier collaboration issues.

Your Skills and Expertise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university

Mandatory Skills:

• Five+ years of experience in procurement processes (direct materials procurement, supplier management, materials management) and its supporting IT Solutions in a private, public, government, or military environment
• Experience supporting SAP Business Network Supply Chain Collaboration, SAP SCC, SAP Ariba supplier collaboration, or similar supplier enablement platforms.
• Knowledge of direct procurement, planning, scheduling agreements, subcontracting, order collaboration, forecast collaboration, confirmations, and ship notice processes.
• Experience working with China suppliers, regional business teams, or global supplier enablement programs.
• Understanding of SAP ERP procurement master data, supplier master data, material master data, purchasing documents, and transaction flows.
• Experience troubleshooting integration issues involving SAP Business Network, SAP ERP, middleware, EDI, or SAP Cloud Integration Gateway.
• Ability to create clear documentation, supplier communications, training materials, defect logs, and operational support procedures.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across suppliers, business users, functional teams, and technical support teams.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, prioritize issues, and support time-sensitive activities in a high-visibility environment.

• May include up to 20% domestic/international travel, as needed
