This is where you come in. As Assistant Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining our high standard of restaurant operations. You will be providing support to the General Manager in developing staff potential, driving operational excellence, and consistently delivering top-tier customer service.

• ensures that all workers have received the appropriate training.
• In charge of making sure all cleaning, cash processing, and stocking protocols are followed as well as assisting with restaurant opening and closing.
• Prepares change orders, daily reports, deposits, and assists with overseeing POS operations.
• works with other members of our team to guarantee that each visitor receives a prompt and reliable product.

Skills Needed to Win:

• In addition to having excellent organizational abilities, an eye for detail, and the capacity for effective communication, candidates must be highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven.
• Fundamental math calculations are necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively handle several priorities in a hectic setting.
• Respect and uphold business policies, procedures, and compliance-related matters; keep confidential information secure.
• Must be tech savvy and proficient in handling POS and other related software.
• Demonstrable experience in developing team members and providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to promote culture and principles while managing with knowledge, honesty, and integrity.
• More than one year of management and/or supervisory experience.
• Observe and uphold the regulations set forth in the Health Code.
