YOUR CORE CONTRIBUTION
- Own Strategic Accounts: Build trusted relationships with key clients, understand their business priorities, and develop long-term account strategies.
- Drive Growth: Identify and convert upselling, cross-selling, renewal, and account expansion opportunities.
- Be a Strategic Advisor: Go beyond taking requirements — uncover business challenges and connect them with the right digital, AI, data, or technology solutions.
- Lead Client Partnerships: Engage senior stakeholders, manage complex discussions, and become the trusted voice of Kyanon Digital.
- Orchestrate Delivery: Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and Solution teams to ensure client success and resolve escalations.
- Own Commercial Outcomes: Lead commercial conversations, negotiations, renewals, and strategic account planning.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE TO MAXIMIZE YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- 5-7+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Client Success, Consulting, or a related client-facing role, preferably in IT Services, Technology, Digital Transformation, or Consulting.
- Proven experience managing Strategic Accounts and Senior Stakeholders.
- Strong track record in Account Growth, Upselling/Cross-Selling, and Commercial Negotiations.
- Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into Technology-Driven Solutions.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Vietnamese and English communication skills, with confidence working with Global Clients and Senior Decision-Makers.
- A proactive, commercially driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
