We're looking for a helpful and uplifting person to join our Sumner, WA office as a full-time Patient Care Call Center Rep to help us provide the amazing care we're known for! We're offering our Patient Care Call Center Rep:

DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR PATIENT CARE CALL CENTER REP:
- Working 4 days per week from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Maintaining a friendly, cheerful, and positive attitude throughout the day
- Answering incoming phone calls, making outbound calls, and directing calls to the correct person/department
- Promptly responding to emails, faxes, and live chats
- Maintaining our calendar by scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments
- Following sales script training to save cancelled appointments and maintain high retention rates
- Accurately processing payments
- Resolving patient issues, answering questions, and promoting products and contests when appropriate
- Providing fantastic customer service and making a positive impression of our office

- High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to sit for extended periods and speak over the phone
Call center or customer service experience would be great but isn't required for this entry-level role. Bilingual communication skills would be a bonus!
