How you’ll make an impact
1. You will develop and coordinate production schedules to meet volume requirements and inventory service levels outlined in the demand plan. Allocate workforce resources effectively to ensure execution aligns with the master schedule.
2. You will identify potential schedule conflicts or resource constraints and escalate issues promptly for resolution.
3. You will coordinate and allocate materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize production capacity and ensure resource availability. Lead capacity planning and respond to resource issues to maintain efficient line operation.
4. You will manage the execution of production plans to meet volume, quality, and delivery targets, requesting design changes when necessary. Track KPIs, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions to enhance production efficiency and quality.
5. You will identify and recommend improvements to equipment and facilities to enhance efficiency and performance. Collaborate with internal teams to promptly address and resolve critical product or equipment issues.
6. You will maintain accurate daily production records and provide the Production Manager with regular reports on plan execution, labor, safety, quality, and industrial relations.
7. You will identify opportunities for production improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs. Provide feedback on design, process consistency, prototypes, and Bill of Material updates to support ongoing production enhancements or improvement initiatives.
8. You will ensure all production processes comply with industry quality standards and internal specifications.
9. You will ensure production operations comply with health, safety, and environmental(HSE) standards and enforce procedures. Conduct regular safety inspections and training to maintain compliance. Promote a strong safety mindset and ensure consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE) among all staff.
10. You will lead, guide, and develop a diverse workforce, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Implement performance management and development practices to motivate and retain employees. Supervise and coordinate the work of internal and external resources.
11. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a similar manufacturing role.
3. Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality control processes.
4. Proven ability to lead and motivate a production team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
5. Ability to analyze operational data to drive decision-making.
6. Excellent planning, coordination, and time management skills.
