Good to have skills: SAP BRIM Certification is an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of SAP experience, including implementation and support in SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, FI-CA)

Educational Qualification: B. Tech/BE/CA/CWA | MBA from top-tier business schools is an added advantage.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, FI-CA) Consultant with 5 to 9 years of S4 HANA experience. High-tech industry experience will have additional advantages. The candidate should possess analytical skills, market insights, and strategic thinking to assist our clients in achieving growth and transformation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• As a part of the Digital Core & Enterprise Transformation team, you will be expected to support ERP platforms-driven business design and assessment, including value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineering.
• Assist with solutions for client challenges in the SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, FI-CA) landscape, providing expert insight throughout the project lifecycle.
• Problem-solving skills to identify, escalate, track and resolve issues on time
• Effective presentation and communication skills are important.
• Serve as an SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, FI-CA) SME.
• Assist with solutions for end-to-end request for proposal requests
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and scope, discover and define solutions, articulate business benefits and use cases, and develop a roadmap to achieve their objectives.
• Develop innovative solution designs that leverage our extensive service offerings
• Support our business development initiatives, collaborating with our teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan, and defining the delivery approach for SAP transformations.
• Oversee S4 integrations, and assist in developing proof of concepts as required
• Strong analytical skills for clarity and data insights.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must have skills: Proficiency in SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, FI-CA).
• Advise clients on the SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, FI-CA) processes based on leading industry practices and implementing new requirements.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, FI-CA) solutions aligned with client needs and industry best practices. Design, configure, and implement SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, FI-CA) aligned with client needs and industry best practices.
• Support data migration, integration, and testing activities to ensure seamless solution deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, manufacturing, and IT to ensure holistic solution delivery.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Document functional and technical specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Provide training and support to client sales teams on order creation best practices
• Ensure all client sales activities are documented and tracked in the system
• Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers and presentations on High-Tech industry topics
