We are seeking a proactive ECM Consultant (m/f/d) to join our expanding office in Graz, Austria, and directly guide our clients through their digital transformation efforts.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Guide organizations through the design, implementation, and deployment of modern Enterprise Content Management architectures.
- Workflow Optimization: Assess current operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and formulate sustainable ECM roadmaps.
- System Convergence: Unify siloed data sources and software applications into seamless ecosystems that integrate smoothly with existing IT landscapes.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact connecting business stakeholders, end-users, and technical development teams.
- Requirements Analysis: Convert business needs into actionable technical specifications and offer support across all project phases.
- Testing & Training: Conduct rigorous system testing, author comprehensive documentation, and lead interactive user workshops.
Expected Qualifications
Background & Technical Knowledge
- Education: Degree or formal technical training (such as an HTL) in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.
- Domain Expertise: Solid grounding or practical exposure in at least one key domain:
- ECM/DMS environments (e.g., d.velop)
- Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online ecosystem
- Automated accounts payable or Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) systems
- Regulatory compliance and governance standards (e.g., GDPR, digital preservation, audit readiness)
Skills & Languages
- Interpersonal Abilities: Excellent talent for breaking down complex tech topics for non-technical audiences, a self-driven work style, and enthusiasm for new digital trends.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent German (minimum C1 level for client-facing advisory) and fluent English (at least B2 level).
