Production Castings, Inc. is hiring 2nd Shift Machine Operators at our manufacturing facility in Fenton, Missouri.
Work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, and enjoy a 3-day weekend every week.
If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to learn, we'd like to hear from you. Previous die casting experience is not required. We provide hands-on training and an opportunity to build valuable manufacturing skills while earning competitive pay.
2nd Shift Schedule
Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM–2:00 AM
What You'll Do
- Operate production equipment, including trim presses, Wheelabrator, and burnishing equipment.
- Load and unload parts and monitor equipment throughout the production process.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.
- Identify and report equipment, quality, or production concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Work with your team to meet daily production and quality goals.
Requirements
