Scheduling Coordinator

Description

The Oneida ESC Group, part of the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin, is hiring a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to work on-site, supporting various activities and logistics at Volk Field ANGB. The candidate must hold or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance from the Defense Industry Security Clearance Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for visiting unit training/event requests
• Develop, implement, and maintain Volk Field’s visiting unit scheduling program and three-year strategic apportionment training calendar
• Update and manage the Microsoft TEAMS/SharePoint site and all planning/scheduling software, requiring high proficiency in these systems
• Lead the multifunctional scheduling team, including facilitating weekly meetings and coordinating with visiting units
• Manage and update scheduling SOPs, POC listings, training requests timelines, and the Volk Field visiting unit guidebook
• Evaluate scheduling conflicts, proposing alternative solutions and overseeing rescheduling efforts
• Administer all training-related agreements and documents, including MOUs and MOAs
• Act as a liaison between visiting units, Volk Field Finance and Contracting, and local Emergency Management
• Consolidate reports, lessons learned, and strategies for process improvement, and ensure their implementation in future event 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in administrative roles, managing complex schedules, and coordinating events
• Proficiency in Microsoft TEAMS/SharePoint and other planning/scheduling software
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Education:

• Associates or relevant experiencing in high level administrative role
