Junior Program Analyst / Reporting

Overview

Steampunk is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support recurring, statutory-cadence program reporting for a large federal advisory program.

Contributions

• Produce monthly status reports
• Support quarterly risk register updates
• Maintain the issue log and escalation report, updated continuously and submitted with each monthly status report
• Pull and reconcile data across financial, acquisition, schedule, and performance sources; ensure outputs meet Section 508 conformance
• Support formatting and production of executive briefing materials and other program deliverables

 

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of total experience
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience (strong internship experience considered)
• Basic data analysis and reconciliation skills across multiple data sources
• Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet fixed reporting deadlines

Preferred

• Exposure to a federal contracting environment
• Experience with Section 508-conformant document production

Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $50,000 to $85,000.  The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
