Job Description

Ciel Dubai Marina is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Corporate to lead the development and growth of our corporate client portfolio. The role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.

• Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate accounts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and presentations to negotiation and contract closure.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and business reviews.
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, contracts, and commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reports using the CRM system.
• Track account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle client concerns professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to expand the corporate network.
• Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards.
• Support and mentor sales team members where required.

Desired Skill & Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or key account management.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent understanding of corporate sales cycles and B2B business development.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing corporate accounts and building long-term client relationships.
• Strategic, commercially minded, and results-oriented approach.
• Strong networking and relationship-management abilities.
• Ability to prepare sales forecasts, reports, proposals, and presentations.
