We are expanding our team and looking for an ambitious, outgoing Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative at MCR, you will be a key driver of our revenue growth and market expansion. In this role, you will identify high-potential prospects, initiate strategic outreach, and turn cold opportunities into long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Prospecting & Outreach: Source new sales opportunities through structured outbound cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and rapid inbound lead follow-up.
- Qualify & Discover: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs, pain points, and print/mail requirements.
- Pipeline Management: Research target accounts, map key decision-makers, and maintain a high-volume, organized CRM database of qualified prospects.
- Client Engagement & Travel: Present MCR’s capabilities and solutions to client groups. Travel approximately 25–30%, including overnight and occasional weekend travel, for industry events and client meetings as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal, written, active listening, and presentation skills with a strong phone presence.
- Sales Aptitude: Proven ability to qualify, prioritize, and manage a heavy pipeline of prospects while conducting multi-touch outreach daily.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable utilizing CRM tools.
- Core Traits: Exceptional time management, high detail orientation, dependable follow-up, and a results-driven mindset.
