Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the successful execution of affiliate marketing campaigns, working closely with senior leads to support accounts. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who is eager to learn, committed to client satisfaction, and ready to contribute to the growth of our clients’ affiliate programs within the Rakuten Advertising ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management & Client Interaction
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through daily email and phone communication, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Proactively resolve issues related to billing, technology, and internal tools with support from management.
  • Maintain high standards of email etiquette and clear, professional written and oral communication.
  • Support client attendance at company events, including pre-event preparation and scheduling.

    • Assist in the planning and execution of affiliate marketing campaigns, including sourcing publisher opportunities and managing communications.

      • Continuously develop knowledge of Rakuten Advertising products, service levels, publisher types, and performance metrics.
