In this role, you will serve as a critical anchor for our team by ensuring our biweekly payroll runs flawlessly while keeping our core HR administrative workflows organized and compliant. Schedule: Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 4:00pm

Payroll Administration & Reporting
- Process biweekly payroll accurately, ensuring all deadlines are consistently met.
- Review and verify employee timecards, auditing regular hours, overtime, PTO, holiday, and bereavement time.
- Reconcile payroll data following each processing period, verifying employer costs and resolving discrepancies between payroll records and benefit invoices.
- Coordinate with Paylocity to resolve system inquiries, updates, or corrections.
- Assist with year-end processing, including W-2 preparation and payroll-related audits.
- Timekeeping & Attendance & Labor Reporting
- Monitor employee timekeeping records daily, correcting missed punches by collaborating directly with supervisors.
- Maintain the company attendance points system in accordance with internal policies.
HR Administration & Employee Support
- Maintain active personnel files (both digital and paper) with strict confidentiality.
- Manage employee documentation, from updating compensation and job information to processing terminations and preparing final paychecks.
- Support general HR projects, data requests, and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree Required with 2-3 years experience or 5-7 years proven experience in payroll/HR
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with extreme discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous professional experience in payroll processing, human resources, accounting, or corporate administration.
- Familiarity with Paylocity or similar enterprise HRIS/payroll platforms.
