Job Summary:

In this highly visible leadership position, you will drive system-wide security strategy, oversee threat response and risk assessment programs, collaborate with law enforcement and executive leadership, and implement innovative solutions that enhance safety across all locations. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business management or criminal justice or related field.
• 5+ years progressive leadership experience in healthcare, higher education, or security; or a leadership position in law enforcement.
• Experience working for an organization that has multiple business locations.
• Experience managing a police department and/or security services for the enterprise.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in business or criminal justice.
