Full-Time Evening Cleaning Manager
Join the Environment Control Team!
Environment Control, a leading commercial cleaning company, is seeking a dependable and motivated Full-Time Evening Cleaning Manager to lead, train, and support our cleaning teams throughout the Ohio Valley region.
Coverage Area
This position requires flexibility and the ability to travel to various customer locations as needed. Candidates must be comfortable traveling within approximately 50 minutes of our Wheeling office to assist with staffing, inspections, training, and operational support.
Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday (Weekend rotation required)
- Evening shift, starting at 5:00 PM
Starting Pay & Benefits
- $21.00 per hour
- Weekly pay every Friday

Minimum Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Current personal auto insurance
- Insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical work
About the Role
This is a hands-on management position that requires active involvement in daily operations. The Evening Cleaning Manager will supervise employees, train new hires, conduct quality inspections, manage inventory and supplies, complete nightly reports, and ensure all facilities meet company standards.
In addition to managing staff, the successful candidate will assist with cleaning responsibilities as needed, including covering open shifts and providing support at customer locations.
Typical cleaning duties may include:
- Trash removal
- Dusting
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Restroom cleaning
- General janitorial services
This role involves regular walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and other physical activities throughout the shift.
