The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced IT Application Manager to join our team and support a portfolio of analytics and business applications.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to ensure applications are reliable, well supported, and aligned with business needs. You will oversee application performance, drive continuous improvement, and help ensure users receive effective support and service.

How you'll make an impact
- You manage the lifecycle, performance, and continuous improvement of applications within your portfolio.
- You coordinate application support activities, including incidents, service requests, and changes.
- You work closely with business stakeholders and application owners to identify improvement opportunities and support business goals.
- You manage vendors and service providers to ensure quality delivery and value for the business.
- You help ensure applications meet security, governance, and service management requirements.
- You maintain application documentation and support operational readiness.
- You monitor service performance and help ensure agreed service levels are achieved.
Your background
- 8+ years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in application management or a similar role.
- Experience managing business applications and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with vendor management and service delivery.
- Project management experience, including planning and coordination of activities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and their impact.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and experience with AI solutions are considered advantages.
