What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive medication safety and antimicrobial stewardship initiatives
• Manage smart infusion pump drug libraries
• Oversee EHR medication content and clinical decision support
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, providers, and nursing to optimize medication use

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.
• PharmD from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy school
• Current Colorado pharmacist license
• 3–5+ years of hospital pharmacy experience required; no retail-only backgrounds
• Experience with antimicrobial stewardship, medication safety, and clinical pharmacy services
• Antimicrobial Stewardship Certificate or equivalent training required on or after hire
