Overview
Cambrian Homecare, LLC has been providing compassionate, flexible, and personalized in-home care services since 1996, helping seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities live independently in the comfort of their own homes.
We are seeking a compassionate, capable, and dependable Full-Time User Access & Compliance Coordinator to join our team at our corporate office in Long Beach. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) regulations.

Responsibilities
EVV Data Monitoring & Compliance
- Review and monitor Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) data for completeness and accuracy
- Indentify missing, inconsistent, or non-compliant visit records
- Perform timely corrections in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Data Integrity & Reporting
- Conduct routine audits of user accounts to ensure data quality
- Generate reports related to user access and EVV activity
- Partner with the Payroll and Billing departments to ensure accurate visit data supports payroll processing and claims submissions
- Document processes, corrections and audit findings
- Support internal and external audits as required
User Account Management
- Create, update, and deactivate user profiles acorss various internal systems for new hires, tranfers, and terminations
- Ensure appropriate access levels are assigned based on role and department
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of employee data across systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve access issues in a timely manner
- Provide new users with system access guidance and support as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare operations, home care, home health, personal care services, or related field
- Experience with Electronic Visit Verification systems strongly preferred
- Experience with scheduling, billing, payroll, or compliance functions preferred
- Knowledge of EVV regualtions and healthcare compliance requirements
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn software applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage mulitple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to train and support users with varying levels of technical proficiency
Job Requirements:
- 18+ years old
- US work authorization
- Ability to pass a background and reference check
- Valid Driver's License and relaiable transportation
