Accounts Payable

ABC Supply Company is currently looking for a candidate to fill an entry-level position in our Overhead Payables Department in Beloit, WI.  

Job Duties: 

• Reconciling Vendor Statements
• Vendor Master Maintenance
• Record Retention
• Voucher Entry
• Communication with vendors and branches
• Other Duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

• Able to work in a high volume and fast paced environment
• Solid understanding of functional area and general accounting principles
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills within a high phone volume environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy               
• Able to work well independently as well as with a team
