What You Will Do:
The Delivery Assurance Lead is responsible for establishing, managing, and continuously improving the Delivery Assurance (DA) team for the aftermarket repair network. This role ensures repair purchase orders (POs) meet Gate 3 Start (G3S) need dates by proactively engaging Designated Service Providers (DSPs), resolving constraints, driving accountability, and coordinating alternate routing solutions when required. The Lead serves as the central escalation point for all flow-disrupting issues and provides critical visibility to Network Operations and DAT customers. This is a supervisory position ultimately responsible for 1-3 Delivery Assurance Specialists.
Function Leadership & Strategy
Create and manage the Delivery Assurance function, including structure, standard work, processes, and reporting.
Develop and deploy proactive methods to ensure commit dates align with G3S need dates.
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and communication standards for internal and external stakeholders.
Operational Execution
Lead daily oversight of repair PO delivery profiles across the GSP GTF Repair Network
Oversee gap identification for commit dates and ensure recovery plans are executed effectively.
Direct and support escalations related to shortages, Eagle Net cases, quality holds, engineering data needs, and DSP capacity issues.
Partner closely with DAT customers to validate requirements, align priorities, and ensure operational readiness.
Supplier Engagement & Performance
Drive structured weekly and monthly reviews with DSPs to reinforce accountability.
Review performance trends, commit adherence, issue recurrence, and develop formal corrective action plans for underperforming suppliers.
Support Supplier Quality and Supplier Management teams during escalations and performance reviews as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Provide timely visibility to Network Operations, signaling when alternate routing or expedited solutions are required.
Align recovery strategies with DAT, Network Ops, Planning, Procurement, and aftermarket leadership teams.
Communicate risks and performance trends in a clear, data-driven manner.
Data, Reporting & Analytics
Oversee creation and maintenance of tracking mechanisms to document conversations, escalations, recovery actions, and resolutions.
Ensure dashboards and reports are accurate, timely, and actionable for leadership and stakeholders.
Leverage insights to identify systemic performance issues and propose long-term solutions.
Continuous Improvement
Develop and refine standard work, process workflows, and escalation pathways.
Identify opportunities to reduce cycle times, improve predictability, and enhance network communication.
Support strategic initiatives to improve repair network stability and resilience.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree and12 years prior experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience to include the following:
Deep management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across multiple related departments.
Demonstrated ability to manage suppliers and drive accountability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret performance data and develop recovery plans.
Experience leading escalations and cross-functional issue resolution.
Prior experience leading and developing high impact teams.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Aerospace, aviation, or industrial manufacturing experience.
Familiarity with repair network and or engine overhaul operations
Deep GTF aftermarket gate process knowledge
Experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, SharePoint, or other workflow/visibility tools.
Prior leadership experience or management of a small team.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
