Our client is a well-established engineering and construction organization involved in large-scale building and civil construction projects.

Job Overview

The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure construction work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and approved methods.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and other project stakeholders.
• Conduct site measurements and monitor work progress.
• Ensure quality standards and construction requirements are maintained.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Monitor materials, resources, and site activities effectively.
• Prepare site reports and maintain relevant project documentation.
• Support project engineers and management with site coordination.

Qualification & Requirements

• BSc/BEng/HND/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant site experience in building/civil construction.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, measurements, and quality control.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and site activities.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an advantage.
