You engage in iterative development cycles using contemporary frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration and continuous refinement are key aspects of your role, allowing you to adapt solutions to evolving project needs and contribute to the overall success of the software development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and team productivity.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing data models within SAP BW/4HANA environments.
- Experience in optimizing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to improve system performance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to data warehousing and reporting.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP BW/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in using SAP tools and technologies to support data analytics and business intelligence requirements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
