Job Summary

Do you have strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into commercial insight? Kiwa UK is looking for a Revenue Analyst to help transform revenue reporting and forecasting through automation, standardisation and self-service reporting. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance and effective revenue recognition, while delivering trusted data and insights to support informed data-driven decision-making. This is a UK remote role with occassional travel.

About the role

  • Own, develop and continuously improve the Revenue Cost Register (RCR) reporting framework, ensuring the integrity, accuracy and scalability of revenue reporting using Power BI, Power Query, Excel and related tools.
  • Partner with revenue data contributors across the Business Units to drive consistent processes, behaviours and reporting standards.
  • Identify and resolve revenue data quality issues, working with cross-functional teams to address root causes.
  • Ensure internal controls, SOPs and revenue processes are maintained and consistently followed.
  • Create data visualisations, dashboards and reports for revenue, deferred and accrued income to support commercial decision-making.
  • Produce weekly and monthly revenue reports, highlighting key KPIs and revenue trends to support in-month and rolling forecast activities.
  • Perform monthly forecasting accuracy reviews.
  • Support the Commercial FC to produce revenue forecast models for the 6-15 month horizon including revenue risk and opportunity reporting.
  • Work with the Management Accountant team to provide expertise in revenue recognition in accordance with IFRS 15, ensuring strong compliance and commercial insight.
  • Support the Group Financial Controller team in providing audit samples and analysis for internal and external audits.
  • Build strong working relationships across the business to drive commercial decision-making, robust control adherence and data-driven insights.
  • Promote continuous improvement, standardisation and a culture of data-driven decision-making while supporting positive change across the revenue function.
  • Collaborate openly with operational teams to maximise opportunities and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and/or working towards a professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Power Query and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • A good technical understanding of revenue and cost recognition within service-based businesses.
  • Relevant experience and working knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Flow and Sage an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to analyse, visualise, and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and developing expertise in data systems, modelling platforms and coding.

  • Willingness to travel infrequently if and when needed.

What can you expect from us in return?

  • £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
