Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff to maintain high standards of customer service and team performance
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food delivery
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
- Promote a positive work environment and facilitate staff training and development
- Drive marketing initiatives and special events to increase patronage and sales
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
