Description

  • Liderar negociaciones con proveedores respecto a precios, calidad, condiciones comerciales, volúmenes y plazos de pago.
  • Garantizar la correcta implementación y administración de contratos y acuerdos comerciales.
  • Identificar y desarrollar nuevas fuentes de suministro para mejorar la competitividad y reducir costos.
  • Liderar el proceso integral de compras asegurando la continuidad operacional y el cumplimiento de los plazos comprometidos.
  • Colaborar con equipos regionales y globales de compras para generar sinergias y aprovechar economías de escala.
  • Garantizar la evaluación periódica del desempeño de proveedores.
  • Administrar y resguardar adecuadamente la información comercial de proveedores.
  • Realizar análisis e investigación de mercado para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
  • Desarrollar y mantener una cartera de proveedores confiable y alineada con los estándares corporativos.
  • Controlar los procesos, actividades e indicadores del área conforme a los procedimientos financieros, de calidad y seguridad.
  • Identificar oportunidades de reducción de costos y liderar iniciativas de ahorro.
  • Asegurar la gestión completa de compras, desde la emisión de la orden de compra hasta la recepción de bienes y el pago oportuno a proveedores.
  • Impulsar mejoras de eficiencia operativa relacionadas con los servicios de proveedores y los procesos de abastecimiento.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas, procedimientos y normativas aplicables a la función de compras.
  • Promover y asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos del Sistema Integrado de Gestión bajo las normas ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 e ISO 50001.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los controles operacionales asociados al Sistema de Gestión de Energía, con foco en el uso eficiente de los recursos energéticos y el desempeño energético de la organización.

  • Lead supplier negotiations regarding pricing, quality specifications, payment terms, delivery conditions, and purchase volumes.
  • Ensure the proper implementation and administration of supplier contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Identify and develop alternative sources of supply to improve competitiveness and reduce costs.
  • Lead end-to-end procurement operations, ensuring business continuity and timely supplier deliveries.
  • Collaborate with regional and global procurement teams to leverage synergies and best practices.
  • Ensure periodic supplier performance evaluation and monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate and secure supplier commercial information.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic procurement decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a reliable supplier base aligned with corporate standards and business requirements.
  • Monitor and control procurement processes, activities, and KPIs in compliance with financial, quality, and safety procedures.
  • Identify cost-reduction opportunities and lead savings initiatives.
  • Manage the complete purchasing cycle, from purchase order issuance through delivery and supplier payment.
  • Drive operational efficiency improvements related to supplier services and procurement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Promote and ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System requirements under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards.
  • Ensure compliance with operational controls established under the Energy Management System, focusing on energy use, consumption, and performance.
