What impact you’ll make.As an Analyst, you will support deal teams in evaluating investments in energy projects and new market opportunities and manage portfolio assets, by providing analysis, market research, and documentation support. Over the course of three years, Analyst assignments will provide visibility across various technologies and financial products, while receiving strong energy finance training to build future investors across the industry.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze and develop detailed financial models to support structuring, valuation, and risk analysis on projects and companies. Handle complex data analysis with focus on accuracy and detail.
- Assist in preparing pitches, memos, and other documentation for internal approval processes and internal reports. Manage deliverables according to transaction timelines, including short turnaround requests.
- Manage routine activities of portfolio assets, including operating reviews, monthly and quarterly reporting, and valuations. Ensure administrative compliance with deal terms. Clearly communicate asset performance.
- Conduct industry and company research, including risk analysis.
- Support special projects, Lean initiatives, CRO/CIO Office, and new business development opportunities.
- Apply general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Utilize this context to understand how work of own team contributes to the area.
- Resolve issues and comply with established procedures being resourceful in consulting with People Leader or more senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)) graduating with a GPA of 3.5 or above (out of a 4.0 scale) and relevant internship or professional experience.
- Completed Or anticipated to be completed (By 02/01/2027) Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, finance, accounting, economics, or other quantitative academic background.
Desired Characteristics
- Skilled communicator who is able to exchange ideas and information effectively in a concise and logical way. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to the energy industry
- Understanding of financial statements, basic accounting, and valuation
- Familiarity with the principles of project finance and tax equity investments
- Understanding of three-statement financial modeling and strong proficiency in Excel
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to generate data-driven outputs and recommendations with minimal supervision

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $82,800.00 and $124,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
