• Lead Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 consolidation, standardization, modernization, and governance
initiatives.
• Provide strategic leadership across cloud, network, identity, platform, infrastructure, and support
environments.
• Partner closely with Cybersecurity leadership to align infrastructure architecture with enterprise security
requirements.
• Lead major infrastructure modernization initiatives, including cloud migration, platform consolidation,
technical standardization, and legacy transformation.
• Lead and develop Platform Engineering and Infrastructure/Support leadership.
• Partner with Application Development, Data Services, Cybersecurity, and other technology leaders to align
infrastructure strategy with broader business priorities.
• Own infrastructure financial planning, including operating and capital budgets, forecasting, vendor spend,
contract negotiations, and ROI justification.
• Lead infrastructure integration related to acquisitions, affiliate onboarding, and business expansion.
• Own disaster recovery, business continuity, infrastructure architecture standards, and major incident
response.
• Communicate infrastructure strategy, technology risk, and investment priorities to executive leadership.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or
equivalent professional experience from an accredited university or college.
• 12+ years of progressive information technology experience, including significant responsibility for
enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and technical architecture. At least 5 years of leadership
experience managing managers, technical leaders, or multiple infrastructure teams.
• Demonstrated responsibility for managing an annual infrastructure or technology budget exceeding $5
million.
• Deep experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 in a large enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing enterprise infrastructure strategy and multi-year
technology roadmaps.
• Experience operating across multiple business units, subsidiaries, affiliates, or other decentralized
environments.
• Proven ability to establish common technical standards across independently operating business units.
• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure modernization initiatives such as cloud migration,
Azure/Microsoft 365 consolidation, platform standardization, or acquisition integration.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, identity, platform engineering, disaster recovery, and
business continuity.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure security, risk, vulnerability management, and enterprise controls.
• Experience partnering with Cybersecurity, Application Development, Data, and other technology leadership
functions.
• Strong financial acumen, including capital planning, forecasting, vendor management, contract negotiation,
and technology investment justification.
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence across the organization.
• Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, architecture, or related certifications are preferred.
• Experience supporting international, multi-region, cooperative, agricultural, manufacturing, or similarly
distributed organizations is a plus.
• Position is based on-site in Plain City, Ohio, with travel to affiliate locations as needed.
