This role is based in Jakarta, with the corporate team that keeps the Indonesian business running, across finance, legal, compliance and people.
About The Role
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for delivering efficient and consistent HR operational support across the employee lifecycle. This role focuses on executing standardized HR processes, ensuring data accuracy, and providing high-quality service to employees and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
EMPLOYEE LIFECYCLE SUPPORT
Manage HR administrative tasks related to onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfer and promotions.
Manage orientation logistic.
Experience in managing visa application
DATA MANAGEMENT
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure timely updates.
Generate reports for statutory reporting and analytic purposes.
Ensure adherence to data privacy and labour law requirements.
Support benefit administration including enrolment, claims and queries.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and labour law requirements.
EMPLOYEE SUPPORT & CASE MANAGEMENT
Act as first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery.
Support HR transformation initiatives and system implementation.
Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, preferably in centralized team
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
