Behind every simple customer service is a highly complex network. In the Services, Voice & Automation team, you will shape B2B connectivity and network security services used by businesses across Switzerland. We work across a wide range of technologies and vendors, turning complex network topologies into standardized, scalable services. The work is varied, priorities change, and several projects often run in parallel, which is exactly what makes the role interesting.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Drive the architecture and evolution of Sunrise’s B2B connectivity and network security services
• Define service architectures, technical standards, and platform roadmaps.
• Work with Product Management to develop new service offereing and enchance existing services
• Translate business requirements into technical desing, implementation plans and engineering guidelines
• Plan and execute proof-of-concepts, testing activities, and technical validations
• Improve service resilience, automation, operational visibility and cost efficiency

YOUR SKILLS:

• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a comparable technical field
• Extensive experience designing and delivering B2B network services in a telecom or ISP environment
• Strong understanding of IP networking technologies such as IP/MPLS, BGP, and broadband service architectures
• Hands-on knowledge of network security solutions, including firewalls and DDoS protection platforms
• Experience creating high-level and detailed technical designs and documentation
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent English. German is a plus
