Position Overview

• Provide specialized instruction and individualized support to preschool-aged students with developmental and educational needs.
• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning activities and individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student growth and developmental goals.
• Monitor student progress through data collection and assessments, adjusting instruction and interventions based on individual needs.
• Support positive classroom behaviors and collaborate with families, educators, and related service providers to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
• Active Arizona Special Education Teaching Credential and Early Childhood Special Education Certification
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience supporting students with behavioral needs and knowledge of data assessment practices preferred
