Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver leadership training, staff development, and executive coaching programs for County departments.
- Develop curriculum and training materials aligned with departmental development needs and County priorities.
- Facilitate team-building, group cohesion, strategic planning, and goal-setting sessions.
- Support succession planning and career development initiatives when included within task order requirements.
- Mentor and coach program managers, project managers, and staff on leadership best practices.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Project Management Professional (PMP) ®
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Leadership development and executive coaching expertise.
- Curriculum design, instructional development, and training program management experience.
- Classroom instruction, workshop facilitation, and adult learning methodologies.
