Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

• Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.

• Apply deep technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex software issues efficiently.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance.

• Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve business processes.

• Analyze recurring problems and recommend improvements to prevent future incidents.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of work experience

• Advanced proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting

• Role requires onsite client work 3 days per week in Charlotte NC

• Associates degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in C sharp Programming Language, MySQL, Apache Hive, and Teradata Database

• Advanced proficiency in C plus Programming Language

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
