Hybridization Technician

Join a team where precision, quality, and innovation come together to support the production of advanced electronic and sensor technologies. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you will play a key part in hybridization and inspection processes within a cleanroom environment, helping ensure products meet the highest quality standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Perform hybridization bonding and related assembly operations on sensor chip and integrated circuit components.
  • Prepare, inspect, clean, measure, and evaluate parts before and after hybridization processes.
  • Operate specialized equipment such as microscopes, optical inspection systems, measuring equipment, and bonding tools.
  • Document production activities, inspection results, and quality observations.
  • Identify and report product defects, damage, and safety concerns.
  • Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on testing, experimentation, and process improvements.
  • Maintain compliance with cleanroom protocols and electrostatic discharge (ESD) requirements.
  • Utilize enterprise resource planning systems to track production and reporting data.

What you need

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow procedures, specifications, and diagrams - required
  • Ability to operate technical manufacturing and inspection equipment - required
  • Good communication and observation skills - required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word - required
  • Understanding of metric and imperial measurement systems - required
  • Experience in cleanroom manufacturing or electronic assembly environments - preferred
  • Experience with hybridization bonding processes - preferred
  • High School Diploma with 5-10 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree with 3-7 years of relevant experience - required

Salary Range:

$62,800.00-$83,700.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
