What You'll Do:
- Coordinate resident care services and assist with care plans
- Supervise and support caregiving staff
- Maintain medical records and care plan documentation in compliance with federal, state, and facility policies
- Lead in-service education on care coordination processes
- Participate in continuing education and training initiatives
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
What You'll Need:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 1- 2 years of medical experience in Assisted Living, or Memory Care
- Experience with medical records, documentation, filing, and compliance
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse populations and handle emotional stress professionally
- Ability to move throughout the community and respond to resident needs
