What You'll Do:

• Coordinate resident care services and assist with care plans
• Supervise and support caregiving staff
• Maintain medical records and care plan documentation in compliance with federal, state, and facility policies
• Lead in-service education on care coordination processes
• Participate in continuing education and training initiatives
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

What You'll Need:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 1- 2 years of medical experience in Assisted Living, or Memory Care
• Experience with medical records, documentation, filing, and compliance
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations and handle emotional stress professionally
• Ability to move throughout the community and respond to resident needs
