With $20+M in funding and 10 million orders in 2024, we're rapidly expanding toward enterprise growth and seeking key partners to join our journey.
About the role 🚀
To support our next stage of growth, we are looking for a RevOps Lead to structure, scale, and lead the Revenue Operations function at Bigblue.
You will be responsible for building the operating system of our revenue teams: making sure Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams have the right processes, tools, reporting, enablement, and operational support to reach ambitious growth targets across France, Spain, the UK, Germany, and future markets.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, operations, management, and execution. You will act as a trusted partner to the Acquisition leadership team, turning business priorities into clear processes, scalable tools, actionable insights, and team routines.
You will manage a RevOps team composed of:
- RevOps Manager - Offer, responsible for offer, pricing, proposal, and contract operations
- CRM Lead, responsible for CRM, dashboards, data, and RevOps projects
- Enablement Manager, responsible for sales enablement, onboarding, documentation, and team adoption
If you enjoy building scalable systems, coaching operational profiles, and working closely with commercial teams to drive revenue impact, let's discuss!
Key Responsibilities
- RevOps Strategy & Team Leadership
- Define and own the RevOps roadmap in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership teams.
- Manage, coach, and prioritize the work of the RevOps team across offer operations, CRM/data, dashboards, and enablement.
- Create clear ownership, rituals, and prioritization frameworks to ensure RevOps focuses on the highest-impact business problems.
- Act as the main point of contact for revenue operations topics, translating business needs into scalable operational solutions.
- Build a culture of operational excellence, documentation, adoption, and continuous improvement within the RevOps team.
- Sales Operations, Processes & Tooling
- Design, improve, and standardize Sales and Acquisition processes across countries and teams.
- Own the continuous improvement of HubSpot and other revenue tools, ensuring data quality, adoption, and scalability.
- Partner with Sales leaders to improve deal management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, allocation rules, and sales productivity.
- Ensure that process changes are clearly documented, communicated, and adopted by the teams.
- Ensure that learnings from lost deals, pricing discussions, and proposal outcomes are used to improve commercial playbooks.
- Reporting, Performance & Business Insights
- Build and maintain the reporting framework needed to steer Acquisition performance across countries, channels, and teams.
- Translate business questions into actionable dashboards, analyses, and recommendations.
- Support leadership in monitoring pipeline, conversion, forecast, productivity, and revenue performance.
- Help the team understand what is working, what is not, and where to focus through clear, reliable, and actionable data.
- Simplify and consolidate dashboards to reduce noise and improve decision-making.
- Offer, Pricing & Contract Operations
- Oversee the offer and pricing operations scope to ensure proposals are competitive, profitable, and delivered with the right level of speed and quality.
- Support the RevOps Enablement Manager - Offer in improving quote reviews, pricing frameworks, proposal processes, and contract-related workflows.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to clarify decision rules and reduce friction in complex deals.
- Enablement, Documentation & Adoption
- Structure the enablement roadmap for Sales and Acquisition teams, from onboarding to continuous upskilling.
- Ensure key processes, tools, and best practices are documented in a simple, accessible, and actionable way.
- Partner with Sales managers to identify training needs and build enablement programs that improve team performance.
- Drive adoption of new tools, dashboards, processes, and operating rituals across the Acquisition team.
- Create feedback loops with users to ensure RevOps output is useful, understood, and continuously improved.
