Let's Bring Great Products to Life Together
Product Data Specialist
Are you the person who notices the missing piece of the puzzle before anyone else? Do you thrive in the sweet spot between details, collaboration, and problem-solving? If so, we may have the perfect fit for you.
At Stampin' Up!, we believe that creativity brings people together. Behind every product launch, every catalog, and every crafting experience is a team of passionate people working behind the scenes to make it all happen. We're looking for a Product Data Specialist who loves connecting dots, building strong partnerships, and creating order from complexity.
If you're energized by working independently, collaborating across teams, navigating ambiguity, and making meaningful contributions that impact the entire business, we'd love to meet you.

At Stampin' Up!, we're in the business of helping people create meaningful connections through creativity. Our products inspire millions of crafters worldwide, but what truly makes us special is our people.
We live our core values every day:

- We Act with Courage
- We Better Our Best
- We Own It
We believe great ideas can come from anyone, collaboration makes us stronger, and success happens when we work together. We celebrate creativity, encourage innovation, and value team members who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and solve problems.
About the Role
As our Product Data Management Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products are accurately set up, categorized, launched, and maintained across multiple systems. You'll serve as a trusted partner throughout the company, collaborating with teams at every level to ensure product information is complete, accurate, and ready to support business needs.
This role combines data management, problem-solving, project coordination, and relationship-building. You'll have the freedom to work independently while partnering with teams across Product Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, and beyond.
Let's be honest: this role comes with some gray areas. Priorities can shift, processes evolve, and you'll often need to connect information from multiple sources to determine the best path forward. Success in this position requires someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, communicating proactively, and confidently driving solutions when there isn't always a clear roadmap.
If you're naturally curious, highly organized, and love putting pieces together, you'll thrive here.
