Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Canada - Remote

Compensation: CA$50,000 - CA$58,000 / year

Description

Riipen is looking for a Demand Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team and help bring our demand generation programs to life.

In this role, you’ll support the execution of campaigns across multiple channels and audiences, help keep our marketing operations running smoothly, and work closely with the Demand Marketing team to turn strategy into action.

This is a great role for someone who is highly organized, has strong attention to detail, is comfortable working with data and marketing technology, and is excited to build their experience across demand generation.

This role is fully remote and open to candidates in Canada.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the setup, execution, and ongoing management of demand generation campaigns across channels including email, LinkedIn, and outbound programs
  • Build and maintain campaigns, lists, workflows, and other marketing assets
  • Support audience research, contact sourcing, segmentation, and campaign list preparation
  • Help manage outbound marketing tools and campaign infrastructure, including platforms like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Dripify
  • Work closely with our cold calling team as a lead generation channel by providing contact lists, monitoring sequence performance, and updating enablement and messaging based on learnings
  • Conduct campaign QA to ensure audiences, messaging, links, tracking, and workflows are set up correctly before launch
  • Monitor campaign performance and pull reporting to help the team understand what’s working and where we can improve
  • Maintain clean and accurate campaign, contact, and lifecycle data within HubSpot
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across internal teams and external partners
  • Support ongoing testing and optimization of messaging, audiences, channels, and campaign approaches
  • Help document processes and build repeatable workflows that make our demand marketing programs more efficient and scalable

What you’ll bring:

These aren’t hard requirements but will be indicators that guide our search.

You may be a good fit if:
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or a related role
  • Strong attention to detail, with a high bar for accuracy and quality
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities at once
  • Experience working with marketing technology, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and campaign data
  • Strong written communication skills and an interest in learning what makes marketing messaging resonate
  • A curious, analytical mindset and willingness to dig into performance data and ask questions
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with teammates across functions
  • A willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt as priorities and programs evolve
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound marketing, or B2B SaaS is an asset, but not required.
We ask that if you feel like you don’t check all the boxes but have the potential to learn what you don’t know, that you still apply! We believe that diverse teams are high-performing teams and we strive to employ individuals with a diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
