AVIR AT HAMLIN,  a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility located in a charming small town, seeks a full time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy program. We seek an OTA who is passionate about delivering the best possible care for our patients and residents. We see a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological and cognitive conditions and are seeking a clinician who loves to create and implement programs to address these conditions. We have excellent nursing care, stable leadership, 5 Star Quality Measures, and low staff turnover in this facility and offer amazing support and the opportunity to build a program you can be proud of.
