What would you do? • Sales Compensation Trainer: The Sales Compensation trainer empowers Sales Teams by providing structured training, content and coaching to enable team members within the Sales Compensation team to improve performance & drive growth. • Training Content Development: Design, develop and maintain comprehensive sales operations training content across platforms and mediums covering topics like sales process, Financial Modeling, Data Analysis, SPM system navigation- like Xactly, Varicent, Forma.ai, product knowledge, industry proficiency, stakeholder management, customer service and compliance guidelines. • Ability to establish strong client relationship • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders • Adaptable and flexible • Collaboration and interpersonal skills • Problem-solving skills • Commitment to quality • Negotiation skills • Process orientation • Agility for quick learning • Agentic AI certification or an equivalent professional certificate
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Training Needs Analysis (TNA) - P5 • Secondary skill - Instructor-Led Training (ILT) - P5 • Training and Transition experiences - P5 • Multi-lingual skills or multi-cultural experiences • Global sales or business experience • Knowledge using Excel functions, and preferably familiar with Power Query, Power Pivot and Power BI is preferred • Supporting new transitions, Building Process maps and DTPs, Root Cause Analysis and coaching team members • Sales Compensation trainer
Roles and Responsibilities: • More than 7 years of experience in Sales, with a minimum of 3 years in Sales Training • Sales Compensation trainer • Operational Reporting & Analytics Support • Develop and maintain sales operations training content covering sales processes, financial modeling, data analysis, SPM tools- Xactly, Varicent, Forma.ai, product knowledge, stakeholder management, customer service, and compliance. • Deliver onboarding and ongoing training through instructor-led sessions, simulations, role plays, and e-learning. • Assess trainee performance, identify skill gaps, and provide coaching to improve on-the-job effectiveness. • Analyze sales data to determine training needs, measure program impact, and report key insights. • Partner with sales leadership to align training initiatives with business goals and performance improvement plans. • • Strong Customer Service Skills • Ability to design engaging training materials and adapt training delivery based on audience needs • Proficient in usage of any instructional design tools such as Articulate, Canva, SCORM • Proficiency in Financial Modeling, Data Analysis, SPM system navigation- like Xactly, Varicent, Forma.ai or any other suitable platform for Sales Compensation • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and best practices • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify training areas for improvement • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems • Agentic AI familiarity: hands-on exposure to agentic-AI tools in operations, leading AI-enabled transformation across the tower
