Job Description
We are hiring for a dynamic Account Manager / Project Manager to join the team.
The Project Manager / Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of client projects, acting as a key link between clients, internal teams and external partners. The role combines project management, client servicing, supplier coordination and commercial oversight to ensure work is delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standard.

Client & Project Management
- Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients across assigned projects.
- Manage projects from briefing and scoping through to delivery and completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, trackers and status reports.
- Lead regular client and project status meetings, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks and next steps.
- Manage client feedback and coordinate actions across internal teams and external partners.
- Proactively identify risks, delays or changes in scope and recommend solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Reporting & Commercial Management
- Prepare regular project reports covering progress, timelines, budgets, risks and outstanding actions.
- Track project performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs or client requirements where applicable.
- Monitor project budgets, supplier costs and expenditure.
- Support project forecasting, invoicing and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure projects are formally closed on completion.
Vendor & Production Management
- Brief and manage external vendors and production partners.
- Coordinate quotations, cost comparisons and supplier recommendations where required.
- Ensure vendors deliver against agreed scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Coordinate production, implementation and quality-control requirements.
- Support site visits, installation, snagging and rectification where relevant.
- Ensure final deliverables meet client expectations before project closure.
Account Support
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with client stakeholders.
- Support senior account leads in maintaining client satisfaction and strengthening the overall relationship.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, project efficiency and ways of working.
- Support the identification of potential growth opportunities across the account.
Qualifications

- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets and stakeholders.
- Confident client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience managing project budgets, suppliers and external partners.
- Commercially aware, proactive and solutions-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience in retail, retail production, experiential, events or Luxury marketing environments is advantageous.
